Becoming Chilled & Fulfilled is a process — one built through understanding, guidance, and thoughtful training.

Step 1: Assessment (Free)

  • This is where the understanding happens.

Book a free assessment to talk through your dog, your goals, and what support might be most helpful. You can choose between an in-person Assessment Meet & Greet or an online Assessment Call.

This conversation is also about clarity. We’ll talk openly about what your goals may realistically require — including lifestyle changes, management strategies, and training boundaries — so there are no surprises later. My aim is to make sure you fully understand the why behind any recommendations and feel genuinely on board from the beginning.

Step 2: Private Training Sessions

  • This is where the learning happens.

This is where we actively work toward your goals through structured, practical training sessions, guided by a clearly outlined plan. We develop specific skills that open up communication between you and your dog, strengthen your connection, and support a cooperative relationship — enabling greater freedom and an improved lifestyle for both of you.

Sessions focus on teaching you how to develop your dog’s capacity to chill at home (with or without you) and to thrive in social settings, both actively and passively.

Training takes place in a variety of environments, either in person or online, so the skills you build translate beyond the session itself.

  • 60-120 minutes, according to the tailored plan made for you and your dog after the Assessment Call.

  • Just like every dog, every program is different so once I fully understand your needs I will provide you with an immediate quote.

Step 3: Intensive Support

  • This is where success happens.

This model of support exists because it’s the kind of training experience I wish I’d had when I first worked with a trainer.

You’ll have ongoing access to me throughout your program, and for months after completion, to help you navigate challenges as they arise and confidently apply the skills in your real life — without waiting for the next session or stalling progress.

  • Support continues for the duration of your program and for three months after your final session, so you’re supported as changes settle and real life happens.

You’re welcome to reach out at any time via messages, videos, or voice notes. I respond a minimum of three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), and often more frequently.

  • This level of support is included for behaviour modification programs with adolescent and adult dogs, and for puppy development programs at no extra cost.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet — the assessment is where we figure that out together.
